To de-stress will mean different things to many people in different ways. Anyone who has experienced STRESS knows that it’s one of life’s negatives and the majority of times, it manifests into becoming a self-inflicted obsession that does not do any favours within the workplace.
Many believe that order gives an individual direction and this comes with responsibilities. Depending on age, the level of responsibilities being carried or the level of a focused commitment dictates the stress range an individual is willing to accept. This determines their life balance and productivity levels.
