KEY REASONS WHY ORGANISATION SHOULD BE USING US PLANNING AN EVENT
When an organisation plans an event, quite often the spending is from its profits, and on top of this, the HMRC will charge the company a benefit in kind tax. Ouch. What makes us unique is that we can convert the same event into a tax-qualifying product. This means that the cost of the event can be deducted from an organsations Corporation Tax.
WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT
Making the right impressions starts from the point strangers meet. For our clients, this is often the point of departure. It’s the ‘DEPARTURE AIRPORT LOUNGE’ where all travelers unite. On a journey lasting over two hours, it makes sense to allow bonding to start earlier. It lets group members become friends on the plane, not at the ‘ARRIVAL POINT’ when you see the Meet & Greet boards.
BUSINESS TRAVEL ACCOUNTS
We offer organisations an option for a personal account manager. We assign a dedicated, experienced manager to handle all your travel needs. This includes ticketing, accommodation, and organizing one-to-one meetings. We also advise on private dining reservations and much more. The service offered is more than having a private PA. It is a level of service reflected in my experience hosting many events overseas. If you see this service being of benefit, call our office for more details.
CORPORATE BENEFITS OF GROUP BONDING ACTIVITIES
We aim to aid organisations in delivering on their strategic internal targets. We offer various positive incentives across departmental boundaries. This leads to multi-functional teams bonding and communicating better. The purpose is to help organisations improve their bottom-line profits.
BROKEN SPIRITS
We are happy to work with relevant departments. We will help them put in place a strategy for continuous improvement. We will do this with discretion and sensitivity to operational structures. Our focus is to make good programs. We also help organizations commit to improving their business. This means their approach, culture, people, and processes. Why not have us work with your department heads? We will outline a single framework. It aims to ensure a consistent business in line with best practices.
AIM
To improve projects across your business, we will develop eager teams.
ONGOING
It is important to build flexible working relationships. They let employers track improvements. One must do this while following Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements.
Previous Events
1.
Event Benefits Via Tax Efficiency
Our client is a CEO of a small company with ten employees. He always spent his own money on an annual group travel incentive. The trips encouraged staff bonding and helped to keep his annual profit margin.
The result: We recommended that the client switch from spending his own money. He should use corporate funds. Switching to corporate funds allowed his travel incentives to become a business expense. So, they now qualify for a tax deduction. What’s better than a business owner paying less in corporation tax? They can keep their personal income for other purposes.
2.
A PR company in Philadelphia approached us. They asked us to organise daily packages. The packages must be all-inclusive. They are for 30 of the world’s top cardiologists. This included private dining experiences to hiring private boxes at sporting fixtures.
“The difference is in the results”
THE RESULT was the most memorable time experienced by all 30 delegates. We profiled the delegates. It helped us offer the PR company a designed group package. We based it on what would excite them.
3.
Celebrating Success
The client gave us a shopping list. It has the key elements for their upcoming celebration.
We arranged the theming. It fits the client’s lavish message. The caterers offered a pre-selection of appetizers. The guests would sit down to a silver service. We also had an MC, sound, and AV ready. The entertainment was set, and we provided a guest valet service. All drinks and meals were pre-selected due to dietary reasons.
4.
Breaking the ice
The Need: A law firm wanted to create a client showcase at their offices. Existing clients would be invited. The client’s aims were for their partners to network and talk with their clients.
THE RESULT
…was attractions that included cheese and wine tasting. They also had a large Scalextric game. The client saw the event as a good way of breaking barriers and obtaining new business.
5.
Call Centre – Time is Money
A call center approached us for help. They wanted to reduce the level of cigarette breaks employees were taking. They would do this by introducing a healthier option that would keep the staff at their desks longer.
“We always welcome an opportunity to assist any HR office”
