Do I give up my current job?
The answer is No. We would prefer you first become established within the role. Once established, you should have opportunities to meet people across all sectors, then we believe you will find the role easy in generating a steady income flow.
Do I get a discount on my holidays?
The answer is Yes. This would also be subject to the level of the booking but the discount would be very noticeable against market prices.
Do I get paid any kind of commission?
The answer is Yes. Your level of commission as a referral agent is dependent on the value of the confirmed booking. Please note that we stipulate the level of booking and not the inquiry. Commission payments are based on after-sales. These range between £50.00 and can reach up to £250.00.
Are there any start-up or monthly costs for me to consider?
The answer is Yes to a fixed annual charge of £150 for the first year reducing to £100 for every year thereafter. There are zero monthly charges.
Would I get anything for introducing a friend?
The answer is Yes. Our thank you for the intro fee is currently £50.00 per person. This is a single payment made upon any secure sign-up.
Can you give me a breakdown of how I can become a success?
The following is based on six sales and six introductions made within a single year.
First-year registration: £150 MONEY OUT
Six introductions at £50.00 = £200.00
Six successful business leads = £200.00
Total Revenue: £400 -£150 = £250.00 Based on six people.
There are 365 days in a year, and with sales guidance, we expect you to hit an average of £500 per person per month based on part-time.
Can the number of recruits differ from sales?
We understand that some people excel at recruitment whereas others make amazing salespeople. We are potentially showing you how you can earn that bit extra on top of your current income.
Is my income taxed?
The answer is YES unless you are registered as self-employed.
Would I get any referral fee from those I manage or have introduced?
The answer is Yes. One thing we would stress is that we do not operate any kind of pyramid scheme so there are NO continuous levels of income. For mentoring and management of those beneath you that you have brought into our sales environment, we pay a maximum of £5.00 as a fixed fee. So potentially, if you have 50 people being managed by you, you could expect an additional £5.00 x 50 = £250.00 as a management fee.
