THE BENEFITS OF PLANNING OVERSEAS EVENTS
Simply put… An overseas event allows organisations to retain a captive audience. The benefits for designing an overseas event out-weigh  those compared to something that may be locally organised. The first obvious difference is that overseas events prevent delegates from escaping early should they suddenly become bored. Overseas events are useful in that they allow an organisation to retaining a captive audience till their transfers back to the airport to fly back home. There will also be a number that will probably be motivated purely on the prospect of treating the event as a corporate networking event.

Delegates often feel that once they have completed the day time event, that they are free to relax. The relaxation period we design allowing them space to think freely and express their thoughts and opinions amongst others within the group on the days business event. There are many benefits for delegates to be allowed periods where they can network amongst fellow colleagues. For example, It may help to create questions that may have not been considered during the day time group event.  The social aspect of an event is often regarded with greater importance than the main meeting where delegates have time to digest what they learnt whilst allowing themselves to bond with one another.

(APPROX WORKINGS) 2 nights spent within mystery overseas a location chosen by us. Costs to include, airport transfers, drinks and meals (all inclusive), including free group wifi, shared accommodation, social networking opportunities, team building and a final gala dinner to finish. Sorry, nearly forget something about the airport transfers. (Outward bound: Delegates probably sit amongst the colleagues they know.. but on the return transfers, many delegates will probably end up sitting next to new colleagues that they have since discovered).

Pre-site inspections.

We are happy to arrange pre-site visits to any location. These are an important stage where corporate event planners have a chance sample an itinerary as a dress rehearsal. It’s when fine tuning of an event is commonly undertaken. This is always done with our on-site local management team. Our job is to provide your event with the best exposure and experience possible.
