PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Imagine building a model aircraft without any glue. This is the logic behind having someone that knows how to coordinate an event successfully. Some would say it’s a role for guest relations but to any event specialist, it’s more than seeing everyone is happy in that he or she is in complete control of delivery from;  All entrances, speeches, dining schedules, music policies, up until carriages. A detailed itinerary is later converted from a function sheet to a contract prior to accepting terms and conditions.

HELPING YOU FIND THE PERFECT VENUES, ESTATES, AND OPEN FIELDS TO MARQUEE HIRE
Whether you are looking for a stately home, private purpose-built function dwellings, or something under the wrappings of a marquee.  Always check whether the venue holds the necessary licenses for the sale of beverages, and music at the location.

Having access to experienced waiting staff is paramount. 

LICENCING – BEVERAGES
You will need a local authority license prior to offering any type of alcohol served. Licencing often takes a minimum of 28 days from the time of application. As we dont directly sell alcohol for functions, Our office will be happy to guide you towards various recommended wholesalers. It is the responsibility of the main event planner to apply for an alcohol license. Our office is happy in helping you with this process. 

CATERING
Our catering ranges from private chefs offering silver service to self-service using several prepared food stations

BEVERAGES
We have direct accounts with Wine and spirit suppliers that offer choice and real value

FURNITURE, CUTLERY, CROCKERY, GLASSWARE, KITCHENWARE
All event sizes are catered for.

FUN ACTIVITIES
Various indoor and outdoor games available. These can range from Scalextric car sets to rodeo bulls.

SIGNAGE
From instructions, directional information, all printing materials to onsite illuminated signs that add that wow factor.

PROPS
Props and backdrops that help enhance the fun factor and entertainment value.

OUTDOOR FEATURES
From Pyrotechnics (Firework Displays), Snow to foam machines to FX special effects, etc.

MISC
A variety of suppliers range from; Florists, Photographers, Caricaturists, Car Services, Dress Alternations, Cakes Makers to even ice sculptures.
