To de-stress will mean different things to many people in different ways. Anyone that has experienced STRESS knows that it’s one of lifes negiatives and in the majority of times, it manefests in to becoming a self inflicted obsession that does not do any favours within the work place. Many believe that order gives an individual direction and this comes with responsibilities. Depending on age, level of responsibilies being carriedn or the level of a focused commitment dictates the stress range an individual is willing to accept. This determines their life balance and productivity levels.
Coaching, motivation and mentoring are just a few ways that our team building events work as many are aimed at helping individuals to reset their self goals. The first thing for any person to remember is that no individual is on any single track journey as there are many hundreds and thousands in the same predicament. For many, it may seem embarrassing to discuss, but often, this is a great first step. Team building events help senior managers assess strengths and weaknesses. In turn these help good managers in planning how to move forward in a positive way.
