Whether you are trying to move 10 people around central London, 60 people to a conference in the Midlands, or a Nationwide company to one event, our team of logistics staff can help make the movements simple and easy.
Coach, Mini-bus & Shuttle Service
With access to high quality coaches, mini-buses and people movers we can transport any number of your guests to their destinations in comfort & style. All the vehicles that we use are the latest models, with the coaches offering TV, Video & Toilet facilities.
Our drivers all wear liveried uniforms and pride themselves on the polite, courteous service that they offer. An ideal solution for transporting a number of guests to and from an event is a mini-bus shuttle service.
To the same specifications as described above our drivers can ferry your guests to various convenient central locations at staggered time intervals.
Chauffeur & Taxi Liaison Services
We can also co-ordinate all of your guests' Chauffeur & Taxi requirements. With our traditional podium situated by the front entrance, our receptionist can request taxis for your guests. Chauffeur Liaison is done via our ticketing system, Funevents will arrange a central holding area for your chauffeurs and ensure that they are ready for your guests' departure.
Valet Parking
Suitable for anything from a small dinner party in London to a large Royal Wedding, valet parking services can be provided on a formal or informal basis. Our team of liveried valet drivers and receptionist will meet and greet your guests, open their car doors and then park their cars in a safe secure place to await their departure.
By using our efficient ticketing system, all it will take is a simple radio message from our receptionist to the car park area to have your guests' car returned to the front of the house.
This service not only provides an excellent and very important front of house impression but will also help to ensure the safety of your guests and their cars.
Management Parking
This is probably our most efficient and cost effective service. With a reliable team of insured staff, we can run and set up your car parking requirements.
Via radio communication we can co-ordinate all traffic movement to minimise delays and disruptions, both in the car park area and on the main road to prevent accidents and help to ensure an efficient traffic flow and car parking service for your guests. We work closely with local authorities and the police crew on the ground.
Security & Doormen
As an alternative to the usual security approach, we offer you and your clients a more 'discreet' security service. Ideal for events where you wish the security level to be low profile, our security officers and doormen are fully vetted and chosen for their smart appearance, courteous manner and ability to talk their way through any situation. As with all of our staff, they can be dressed in any style of uniform that may be required.
