Whether your brief is to organise and manage a meeting for ten, fifty or even a thousand delegates, our experienced staff can offer you the comfort of knowledge that organising these types of events are an everyday occurance. We offer flexibility coupled with a personal service that will ensure that your event runs smoothly from the start.

Full Event Management:
Our comprehensive Event Management service includes the allocation of a personal project manager to your account. From the outset, he or she is there to discuss the brief, present a full proposal together with full costs, and also be on-hand to co-ordinate complete logistics; including the organising of any prior activities to registrations. This also includes allocating the most suitable suppliers and ensure the smooth running of all services are at hand.

A member of staff will always escort the group for the duration of the event. The project manager will regularly monitor costs and budget for the event, reporting any budgetary changes or alterations. A full reconciliation will be provided on the completion of the event.

Trying to project the right message and having the resources to do this important. Stage designs may look elaborate and expensive but need not cost the earth. Its true that you do get what you pay for but in the real world, our job is to create an impression for both you and your delegates that lasts without the large expense. Basic set stages can be erected for as little as £5,000.00 but remember that the more elaborate, the more design cost. Please note that the cost provided above does not include lighting, sound, backdrop, or for even a show co-ordinator).
