The basic agenda:

Once you have shown an interest to attend a dinner event, we will ask you to go online and pay the appropriate amount as a holding deposit for an event. If unsure, please feel free to call or email our office directly.

We will also ask you to supply a mobile number. This is used for confirming to the travellers both the evening event and it is also used to help your hotel to restaurant transfers run smoothly.

 

Timings:

16:30 - We will confirm by text whether the evening event is taking place.

19:00 - Taxi Transfer Company will call you to say that it is waiting outside

20:00 - Guests arrive at the selected restaurant and welcomed by our guest relations manager

20:30 - Approx start time for a three course set meal

23:30 - Taxi transfers pre-arranged to take you back to your hotel

* Transfers are paid up to a 15-mile radius of the selected city. All additional surcharge fares may be settled directly with the driver if the journey distance from your hotel or home is greater then 15 miles from the restaurant location.

Important Notice

Networking Dinners organised by the Fun Events Group are geared for the purpose of group dining only. We do not entertain any situation that may relate to dating of any kind.

* We always receive a healthy turnout for every dinner party organised. However, in the event we receive interest from under five individuals in any one city, we will have no alternative but to cancel the event for the particular evening. All advance payments for the dinner made will be refunded in full.

Dress Code
We insist that all members dress code be "relaxed smart casual" (No Jeans or trainers permitted) Jacket and tie is optional.
