IMPORTANT NOTICE
In view of the spread of the Swine Influenza A(H1N1) all passengers travelling to India will be screened at the International Airports in India on their arrival and required to carry the declaration form (Health Card) at the Immigration. This may also involve quarantine and even hospitalisation, if detected, with any symptoms connected with the flu.

Whether you are travelling to India for fun or on business, you will certainly need a visa.
No direct access is permitted without a visa and there are no visa facilities available upon arrival at the port of entry in to the country.

Corporate Organisations
We offer a fast Visa processing service for organisations based within the UK that need to send staff to India.
Our visa dept can help organisations save time and money by having one of our staff visit their office to process the individual visa applications in-house. (Normally conducted within either the HR or Personnel office).
The beauty is that should everything be simple and straight forward, your passports will be hand delivered within 3 to 5 working days. Hence saving your employees 2 wasted days out of the office. This service is only available where you have a minimum of 15 visa application forms for processing at any one time. |
Non UK Passports holders with less than 1 year residence within the UK will require an additional form to be completed.

Private Travellers
All private travellers wanting visas for India will need to visit our travel centre in person. The travel centre offer a passport drop and collection service and you should be able to have your passport ready within 3 to 5 days. |
Conditions
We do not accept any responsibility for Non-Visa's. Should the Indian High Commission decide to revoke a visa request for what ever reason, Visa fees charged will still be payable. Fun Events Group are simply acting as handling agents for process of Visa's for India. Final decision is with the Indian High Commission.
Requirements to have at hand - UK Passports
At least 30 minutes of your time for various questions
2 passport photographs
A valid passport.
At least two empty pages within the passport.
Details relating to parents place of birth and their citizenship.
Name & address of someone to act as referrence with the UK.
For Non-UK Passports
If resident in the UK over 1 year - Need bank statement & a ultility bill
If you have been in the UK under a year, Please notify us when your making your enquiry. There is an additional £10.00 per person processing fee charge.
and lastly . . .
A valid signature on the bottom of each application.
This process does NOT allow you to act on behalf of another
